Individual Therapy
It all begins with you. Understanding and identifying the course of support that is best for you is imperative. Whether it is talk therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), or coaching you are looking for, we are here to support you on your personal journey. We encourage you to book more than one session with Sara. Her schedule tends to fill quickly, and at this time she has a waitlist of approx. three months.

Payment will be due on the date of your session.

Parent Coaching
Whether you are newly expecting, just embarking on parenthood, or riding the waves through your child’s ever changing development, support is essential. The changes that can occur individually and within relationships (be it friends, family, or with partners) is often not discussed, and can lead to feeling isolated, misunderstood, or like ships passing by.
We are here to support you in 4, Identifying individual expectations, naming current patterns, understanding communication styles, and identifying a plan.

Offering individual and group supervision for individuals working towards their LICSW, LPCC, or a licensed professional looking for continued consultation through their career

Thinking about professional development, or ongoing professional consultation after supervision is complete. There are great benefits of continued support, professional and personal reflection, and sequencing out thoughts and ideas to continue to grow as a clinician and individual.
